Day 1: Arrive in Tehran

Kashan, a 7000 years old adobe settlement on the Silk Road still standing out in architecture and crafts. Miracle lingers in every corner here.

Dating back to Qajar era these houses represent the taste and mastery of desert people in architecture. A desert dream coming true.

Day6: Drive to Isfahan, visiting Abyaneh on the way

 

A UNESCO recognized village in the vicinity of desert, characterized by a peculiar reddish hue with dwellers who speak, live and dress in the Persian style of Sasanid era.

Si’o Se Pol and Khaju  are the two famous old bridges of Isfahan that pass over the live giving river.

Day7: Isfahan City Tour

Day8: Drive to Yazd, visiting Meibod and Naein

Naein,famous city best known for camel fabric, silk and wool carpet and desert architecture.

Meibod,a Pre-Islamic major desert city near Yazd, home to many important poets, sufis, clergymen and politicians.

Located on the top of Galeen hill, Narin Castle is one of the important relics dating back to 5000 B.C.

Day9: Yazd City Tour

Yazd is the oldest and the biggest world heritage adobe city on the edge of the Iranian central desert. It is known as the city of wind catchers.

The biggest maze of adobe alleys and houses where the life lingers in every corner.

  • Yazd Jame’ Mosque

This 800 years old mosque has got many things to be proud of, the tallest minarets, the completely inlayed portal, the impressive doom and the qanat access stair ways are some examples.

  • Fire Temple

A Zoroastrian ritual place which has inherited a holy flare burning for 1400 years nonstop.

  • Dakhme(Towers of Silence)

A very tranquil Zoroastrian  burial site which includes circular platform for exposing the dead to the elements and vultures.

  • Amir Chakhmagh Complex

The most outstanding monument in Yazd. The front portal which holds the rulers high seat and facing the gathering square is the prime part of the complex.

Day10: Drive to Shiraz, visiting Abarkooh and Pasargade

Abar Kooh ,an ancient untouched adobe town near the silk road, famous for its 4500 years old Cypress,  affluent mansions, tiles and apricot

Pasargade,the tomb of legendary Cyrus, and ruins of his palaces.

Day11: Shiraz City Tour

Known as the cradle of civilization, Shiraz has the best reputation among Iranians. Beautiful gardens, poetry, culture, laid back people living there every moment happy detach you from any stress.

 

  • Zandieh Complex

Vakil bazaar, Karimkhan Citadel, Vakilo mosque and Vakil Bath: somply sophisticated monuments built by the good reputed king Karimkhan in his capital in 1700.

  • Nasir Almolk

A Qajar time cozy mosque with its dazzling seven color tiles showing off the unusual pink. The morning light makes astonishing reflection on carpets, passing through the colorful glasses.
